Shipping & Rates
Because we ship worldwide, we have three different categories for our shipping rates: Domestic, European and All Other Countries. We ship from our home base here in Luzern, Switzerland. All orders shipped to a Switzerland address are considered domestic.
Please note that some countries may charge additional customs fees. These costs must be paid by the buyer.
The pricing for each category is as follows.
Domestic Shipping (2-5 Days of Expected Shipping):
- Small Letter - CHF 3.50
- Small Package - CHF 5.00
- Large Package - CHF 9.00
European Shipping (Up to 1 Week of Expected Shipping):
- Small Package - CHF 20.00
- Large Package - CHF 25.00
All Other Countries (1-2 Weeks of Expected Shipping):
- Small Package - CHF 25.00
- Large Package - CHF 30.00
Please check your order immediately after receipt for completeness, accuracy and also check if the quality meets your expectation.

Pick-up Your Order At the stories
You have the opportunity to pick up your ordered products locally in our store. Simply select this option during the checkout process.

The current opening hours are visible on the website and on social media.
You can also pick up the products outside the normal opening hours. Get in touch with us to arrange the pick up from our mailbox.
Online Ordering
Orders placed via our website can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering by email at hello@thestories.ch or phone/WhatsApp on +41 78 210 38 16 and receiving confirmation from us that we have not already shipped your item(s). After 24 hours orders cannot be canceled.
