The fabric is made out of 89% alpaca and 11% polyamide from Inca Tops, Peru. - Care: This item almost needs no washing as alpaca and wool fibers tend to be self-regulating. Air this item and do spot treatment. When washing then hand wash with cold water and use a gentle detergent for wool. Lay the item flat to dry. Don't tumble dry
